Introduction
Hi there, I’m Jess.
I have been working as an accredited Senior Practitioner Coach and Mentor since 2019 with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. I am an American-Brit, and have worked in areas of leadership with charities in the US, the UK, Southeast Asia and South Asia. I have also taught Coaching & Mentoring to MA students for the past three years.

I know what it is like to work in diverse teams and settings and the importance of creating space for reflection and change.

I love coming alongside others and giving them space to process and find ways to keep moving within four dimensions - forward, outward, upward and inward. We do this using tools that draw from various books, institutions, and my own personal methods.

I work with individuals, couples and teams and offer a free 30 minute zoom consultation to see if coaching is right for you.
